How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping cost is by weight. We always ship via USPS. All orders over $100 get free shipping!

When will I receive a shipping confirmation? How long do I have to wait?

  • All orders will be processed within 3-5 days from the original date and time of order.
    • Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Shipments occur only on weekdays (Monday-Friday)
  • You will receive a confirmation by email when it has been shipped. There are times when we must allow travel time from a remote location to our warehouse for shipment.
  • If you purchase expedited shipping the order will ship out same day. Otherwise, we ship 1-3 day priority mail.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12pm CST on Fridays, will be proccessed the following Monday.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a notification via email. 

What is my address is wrong?

  • We are NOT responsible if a package is returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable address. 
    • It is the buyers responsibility to make sure he/she enters the correct shipping address during checkout. 
    • If you notice your address is incorrect, please call us so we can fix it before it ships out. 
  • If the package leaves the JuJu's warehouse with the incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost. 
  • If the package is not returned back to us and is delivered to the incorrect address, we are not held responsible. 

My package was lost. What do I do?

  • Please, go to your nearest USPS office and see if they can locate the package for you. If not, please contact us. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Pickup Orders FAQ:

When will be order be ready?

  • All orders will be processed within 3-5 days from the original date and time of order. Most orders are ready within 24 hours of order placement.
  • You will receive a confirmation by email when it is ready for pickup. 
  • Our inventory pulls from all 3 of our locations so we may have to transfer your item or your finished order to the correct location.

How will I know when my order is ready?

  • You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
